One Step Techniques – Hands

Hands 1-10

1.) Step out with Left leg, outside/inside open handed block (left hand), Center punch to mid-section (right).
2.) Step left foot up to forward stance, high block (left hand), high punch (right hand).
3.) Step left foot up to fighting stance, inside/outside block left), high punch (right hand).
4.) Step to left, outside/inside block (left), high punch (right).
5.) Step right foot back into fighting stance, inside/outside block (left) drop, Step up with right to side center punch.
6.) Step to left, outside/inside block (left), inside/outside block (right), high punch (right).
7.) Step to right, open hand block (left), palm strike (right).
8.) Step back to fighting stance (right), inside/outside block (left), grab and pull (left), upper cut elbow (right).
9.) Step up (right), right hand chop, elbow to chest (right), back hand (right), step out (right), ridge hand to head (left).
10.) Step out (left), outside/inside block (left), ridge hand to solar plexus (right), grab and sweep (right), punch to head (left) while pulling up with the right.

Hands 11-20

11.) Step back with right leg, left inside/outside block, double palm strike to chest, grab shoulders pull down and knee to face.
12.) Step back with right leg, left inside/outside block, double palm strike to eyes, grab head and knee to face.
13.) Step into right horse riding stance, right hand block, turn left elbow to ribs, right elbow to head.
14.) Step left 45 degree block with left hand, right palm strike to ribs and follow up with a left punch.
15.) Step left 45 degrees, block with left hand, block/push grab opposite shoulder twist pull, ridge hand across face.
16.) Step with left leg, block with left, back hand with right ridge hand to neck, sweep with right leg.
17.) Step left 45 degree horse stance, block with left hand, elbow smash with right, follow up with left ridge hand to back of the head.
18.) Step up high block with left hand, right hand palm strike to chest, right hand grab kick, sweep with right leg.
19.) Step with right leg, block with right arm, left ridge hand, grab step around, grab around neck, break neck.
20.) Step back with right leg, inside/outside chop, slide feet together, chop with right hand, back hand to face and left low punch to belly.
